I love this time of year. It is my very favorite time because we’re moved into our new home in time for the holidays. We looked at many Garden City Beach homes for sale before we found this one — the one we absolutely fell in love with at first glance. It’s a beautiful home, bigger than I initially wanted, but I’m so glad we bought it.I enjoy decorating for the holidays and this home has been a joy to decorate. It’s a bonus there’s so much of it. I love driving around and looking at all the Garden City Beach homes for sale that are decorated for Christmas. People take extra care with their decorations when their properties are on the market. Or at least it appears so to me.
This year we have family coming to visit. They haven’t been to our new home yet and are looking forward to it. Because we have three bedrooms and three baths, as well as a bonus room (aka party room) over the garage, we’ll have plenty of space to put everyone. They show up with three little kids who just so happen to love the beach almost as much as they love Christmas! I’m planning on driving them around to look at some Garden City Beach homes for sale while they’re here. They’ve been talking about relocating away from the cold northern climate for quite awhile now and I would love them to be living near by. Hope for the best this holiday season.
